Shipping Policy and Process:

After Payment has been confirmed (24hr); Your Order will be processed and shipped within 1-10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information. Please make sure to save this email in your contacts so we aren't filtered to spam.

(Mon-Fri), if a holiday falls on a Monday or Friday it will not be considered a business day. 

💥Live Shoppers are Invoiced by email on Fridays and orders are due before Midnight Sunday. At this time your order is no longer reserved and items can sell out and be pulled from your order.

Our Process is as Follow:

We fulfill & process orders Monday - Fridays (Post Office Drop off days are Tuesdays & Fridays)

You will receive updated Order Information when your order has been fulfilled and shipping label created as well as Tracking Information. *Check Spam or Promotional Folder as sometimes are emails will get filtered.

You can also Download the SHOP app for order status updates.

When your order is fulfilled you will receive shipping notification in your email. All items are shipped through USPS and Orders are hand delivered to our Local Post Office in Virginia. 

We ship using Ground Advantage with USPS and orders over 1 pound are shipped Priority; ALL packages are covered by insurance in the case that there is a problem with shipping and packages are lost or damaged. You will need to file the claim with the post office. 

We have NO Control over the USPS Processing System and once your order has been dropped off at the Post Office we are no longer responsible for lost packages. We are also not liable for the USPS not scanning in packages and apologize for any tracking issues due to this system failure with the Postal Service.

Again, We are Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Packages, and it is your responsibility to contact your local postal department and file a claim. It is also the responsibility of the consumer to enter their correct shipping information into the system at check out and/or updated any information that has changed by messaging us on our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BlingbyJessieK or emailing at jessiek@blingbyjessiek.com
