If you receive an item that is damaged you have 3 days of receipt of item to email or message us with a picture of the damaged item.

At that time if the item can be fixed we will provide you with how to fix or the parts to fix, if the item is not fixable then we will replace the item for the same item if still in stock, for any reason we no longer have that item in stock we will offer you a credit or your next order,
NO REFUNDS are given, but I am happy to exchange, replace, or repair any item that does not meet with your satisfaction.

When dealing with a mass inventory with a large variety of jewelry we try to stay very organized in our processes but errors happens and things break or quantity control errors happen. In the event that an order contains a item that is out of stock or damaged and we can not ship you the order we will issue a REFUND. Refunds can take 5-10 days to process back to your bank.
